Adrenalin Junkie's! (theme parks)

Ok there must be some adrenalin junkie's on here! Ok im one i admit i love my theme parks and there rides too especially alton towers with rides like, nemesis, air, rita, and oblivion and some others aswell! i could happily spend all day going round on them and they dont even make me want to either so what are our best and worst experience's of theme parks? and what is our favourite places and rides? ok so i admit the only time i was bricking it was when air got stuck 3/4 of the way up and left me suspended in mid air my heart was racing ten to the dozen and what was only a couple of minutes or so felt like an absolute lifetime but luckily it got going and again and away we go but that certainly didnt put me off!!!!!

I love to go on the adrenaline pumping rides but unfortunatley im the only one so i never have anyone to go on the rides with.

I was looking wistfully at the fair last week when me and OH went an airshow. I'm mad about theme parks, love them! I even got married at blackpool pleasure beach and went on ice blast in full wedding gear

I really like Air and Oblivion I went to Alton Towers in May for the first time in about 10 years!

Drayton Manor is quite near me, and that has a zoo too... I want to take Mason before he goes back to school

nope,all the tussard group parks, thorpe, alton towers etc have a special waiting area at the side for 1 person with child to wait while the other person goes on then swaps over

ive been to Alton towers and i have to say im a bit of a wimp!! lol i couldnt face oblivion or air! i went on the corkscrew and that was enough to nearly give me a heartattack!!!
would love to go back to alton towers though! will be brave next time and go on something more scarier!!

I went to alton towers a few weeks ago, i love it lol.

When I went before I went on oblivion and for those who have been on it you know that it stops for a few seconds just before it drops you, well it stopped there coz the ride had broken down, sh*t myself lol, was stuck there for about 10mins then we suddenly got dropped that was horrible

If there is a theme park meet i will deffo be there

Been to every theme park and been on every ride - a true adrenalin junkie! Best ride in the UK at the mo? Stealth at Thorpe Park, that is one fast mother!

I think Thorpe Park is overtaking the other parks for good rides now and they are making Chessington more child orientated.

Been to America too and some of the rides at Busch Gardens - whoa! Need some of those over here. Tower of Terror at Disney is pretty cool too!

We did have a year membership to the Tussauds parks and we went every weekend. Certainly got our moneys worth. Went to the Halloween night at Alton Towers and couldnt find a B&B so had to sleep in the car in a field - happy days!

Would love a theme park meet, trouble is, would have to bring OH who loves rides more than me!

I'm going to Alton Towers in september. Haven't been for years so I can't wait! We used to always go to Thorpe Park when I lived right near it but down here we have nothing! Last time I went on rides was in Florida in 99, well excited about AT though

My fave ride of all time has to either be kraken at seaworld orlando..or dueling dragons at universal studies island of adventure.
My fave ride at alton towers has to be air..i just cant get enough of that ride!
Have broken down on oblivion once..but i think everyone has! Its a bit crap for that.
