I had an early miscarriage last cycle--it was my first ever BFP after 16 cycles of trying and we were gutted when told my levels were going down. This cycle I was prescribed progesterone suppositories and a 7.5mg dose of Letrozole, plus baby aspirin and high dose of methyl folate. This is all on top of the synthroid I'm on, but at least my thyroid levels are now in a good range. Has anyone gone this route with what feels like 100 pills each day? It feels like this is the last step before more drastic measures, and expensive since we're in the U.S.
What was so ironic about last cycle is that I was so sure I would seen another BFN that I forgot about testing and then realized I was late and my nipples were sore, and there it was--the extremely short-lived BFP only to be ripped away from us a week later.
