Adding gripe water to milk...?

I keep seeing people posting that they add gripe water to milk?
Do doctors etc say you can do this cos on the bottle it doesn't say?

I only ever give it on its own, in a syringe.

I cant see it would do any harm, but I dont know if it would work...

I only ever gave it via syringe, and even then it was to fiddily for me, so gave up!!

I mix it in an ounce of cooled boiled water! They all drank it well like that and I *think* it was my HV who told me I could do it that way!! (It was a while back now lol cant really remember but I know someone told me! lol)

I used to mix Avas with a tiny drop of cb water! X

forgot to add, we did used to buy the boots own make one and it was apple flavor i think, she drank that one much better than the woodwards one x
