Hi Ladies,

This is my first time on here but my fourth baby - crazy, I know! Last pregnancy I had HG which is horrendous so Im really praying I dont get it again. Has anyone used acupuncture to stop the nausea?

Congratulations on baby 4, you will be an expert helping us out! I've been suffering with cronic nausea, no vomiting though Im phobic so good at stopping myself, plus been eating very little! Must admit it's starting to ease up for me now but when I was at my worst around 6 or 7 weeks I did look into acupuncture and I would have gone for it if it had got any worse. I've been wearing the sea bands which sit on one of those pressure points which I think help me, even if it's in my head! Hope you don't get the HG again, it must be worrying you, there are quite a few girls on here with it.
