Abdomen pain?

Hi ladies,
Yet again a worry post no doubt haha. I have these pains in my abdomen feels like a sharp sensation eases when I sit forward but standing up hurts like hell! Been on my ball for a while as I had some braxton hicks and then went to go the loo and this just stopped me dead I'm also having v loose no 2s tmi I'm sorry I know that's my body clearing things out but these pains are strange xxx
