I had to say goodbye to my freelander...it's been my baby for 2 and a half years but just not big enough for wen baby comes, sigh. Had to leave it on a rough council estate were I know it's not gonna get the love and attention it deserves :( I had to drive away in a 16 year old toyota estima, solid and reliable but needs a lot of tlc!!

On the plus side the brakes were ready to b done on the freelander and it's developed a rumbling sound which a couple of ppl said sounds like the propshaft?? goin which would have cost me a grand to fix. So maybe it wasn't such a bad deal after all xx

Ahh I get so attached to cars. Hate selling them! Just try not to
think about it, I hope the new owners are nice to it. X

8 seats! I'm hopin dh doesn't think we need to fill it lol x

We had to upgrade my truck, as i had a short wheel base shogun, which you can't fit baby seats in (old style) but i was aloud to keep my old truck for running hay about in the winter months for the ponies :) . So it wasn't as sad time as it could have been. That truck has lots of memories as my friend had it before and it took us to lots of young farmer parties when we where younger.

We used to have a long wheel based pajero (similar I think) and it was my father in laws b4 he passed away so dh was v reluctant to get rid of it but it was gonna cost us a fortune to keep runnin! Typical that we had 2 7 seaters in the past year then dh finally settled on a laguna and we decide to have another baby :wall2:

I am getting a new car today too

almost wept renewing by insurance and shelling out 800quid on it :wall2:
