When is it the baby can hear noises outside? My husband is wondering when he can start talking to the baby and he can hear him. He has even bought some baby books to read

from what i've read (a lot) thery can hear sounds at 19 wks..how much of it's true i don't know, but i hope it is or i've been singing to myself every night for 4 weeks for nothing

starts to develop around 17 weeks if I rememebr correctly...
