A positive hopeful story for all of us :-)

Isnt it great and shes openly discussed their IVF journey and struggles too, gives us all hope :-)

I think its great.I think there are alot of celebs who have had IVF but not said so, of course its their own business but its nice to read success stories and for people to get their dream in the end xx

I think it's great that she's been so open about ivf and the effect on her life of dealing with infertility as a woman. It's refreshing to read an honest account xx

Oh that is such great news. I wish more celebs were open with their struggles to conceive xx

Me too, I think a lot of them have fertility treatment, a lot of celebs seem to have twins, now I know anyone can have twins but fertility treatment such as clomid and IVF is known to increase the odds xx

A friend of mine is 42 and now expecting twins from a second IVF attempt (after being in the LTTTC club)

Hoping for the best to you all xx

Awww, that's so good to hear tinselcat.

I know Kim Kardashian said they struggled to conceive their second and had fertility treatment (found it a bit of a pi**-take tbh, as I think their daughter was only about 12 months old when I read the article...). I am sure I remember Kim Marsh saying that they were struggling too (she has older children).

Just had a quick Google and found an article in OK magazine that says Mariah Carey, Courteney Cox, Penny Lancaster, Nicole Kidman, Celine Dion, Emma Thompson and Sarah Jessica-Parker have all had fertility treatments (or used a surrogate) to help them have children.

I know we don't have their bank accounts but keep thinking positive ladies. X

I saw Caprice on tv the other week who had gone through fertility struggles and had multiple miscarriages. She was told the only way forward was to use a surrogate. Just as they found out that it was successful and the surrogate was pregnant she also found out she was pregnant. They have now had two babies (both boys I think) and bring them up as twins. I though that was a lovely story.

Thought I would keep this thread going. I read today that Harry Judd (from McFly)'s wife has just got pregnant using IVF. They tried unsuccessfully for three years and found out she had PCOS. They had a miscarriage last year. It gives massive hope to me especially as she is thin, 31 (same age as me) and obviously (no pun intended lol) I have PCOS too.

I saw that, yes it shows that young couples struggle too, a lot of people assume ivf is just for people who have 'left it too late' which is unfair.

Awww amazing!!
I like it when younger celebrities speak out about fertility struggles. I told one of my friends about everything today and she said "you were trying almost 2 years wow I thought fertility struggles didn't happen till you got older". Lol most people don't have a clue.
So happy for Harry and his wife! Must of been so hard for them when Tom and his wife got pregnant!! Xx

Oh, if only they knew the truth! We must have started trying when I was about 24 - my husband is six years older, but he has no issues! I have friends a similar age who have struggled and my mum tried for four years to get pregnant with me (she had me when she was 31). I will be having IVF in a few months too. Xxx
