A little something I wrote...

I have been feeling a little low lately about ttc and the difficult journey so far. I used to write a lot and it was my way of getting it all out so I wrote a little something just now. Just thought I would share xx


Hey little one,
I’m waiting for you…
I hope you will come along to us soon,
I have waited so long,
Cried many tears,
Battled with demons and fought through my fears.

Hey little one,
My heart aches for you,
A little piece missing,
From the journey so far.
The losses, the tears, the years of hurt.
When you come along, my heart will be full,
Whole, complete and healed from the pain.
When I know you’re there my sweet little baby,
Everything will be ok.

Hey little one,
I want you to know,
We love you already.
From your beautiful head, your sweet tiny toes,
Your perfect little fingers, your cute button nose.
We dream of the day we can hold you close,
Rock you to sleep and keep you safe,
Our sweet little one, for you we wait.

A promise from me to you,
To love you forever,
I already do,
