a little gynae help please

I was told after my 3rd section, if i intended to have any more children then to leave it a few years.

What would be the danger if i fell pregnant. when i had liam they told me that my uterus was paper thin.

anyone help.

A lot of people are told they can only have a certain amount of children by C section. I think part of it is to do with scar tissue, the more sections you have the weaker the muscles and the tissue becomes and it takes a lot longer to heal.

thanks for that Flame, i do know that part, i just wondered what could happen, i mean what would be the worst scenario, say if my uterus ruptured

I found this but it was only a little bit.

If your uterus was to rapture then the baby would more than likely die and you could suffer serious blood loss.

Best bet would be to talk to your doc and see if there is anything that can be done to strengthen it.

I think that is what they do if you have an incompetant cervix.
