Mind if I keep one here? I want to keep a track on what I eat as I'm trying to lose my baby weight and it's not going very well!!!
01/12/08:
Breakfast: 4 rice cakes with lurpak light, 2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 3 quorn sausages with baked beans. Handful of chocolate coated peanuts (bad me!!!)
Dinner: Quorn and vegetable rogan josh (quorn pieces, peas, broad beans and carrots stirred up with a jar of sauce) leftovers from last night! No rice though...
Snack: 3 rice cakes with lurpak light, 1 apple.
