8 weeks scan :)

had a follow up scan today (after my eptopic scare at 5 weeks)

baby is growing fine - saw a tiny limb, head is formed and could see the eyes starting to form.... also saw the heart beating. Cannot tell you what a relief it is. We are so excited now!

Makes the past few weeks worth it! We are off the "at risk" list and have been discharged from the EPU... can get on with a normal pregancy now - make an appt with a midwife and everything!!!!

I hope I get a 12 week scan still!! Not heard back from the midwife yet.

Will post the pictures when I have a minute to scan them in and crop them......
