Worth a try 
I was on a flight back from Vegas when I was almost 3 months pregnant. They ran out of the food I could eat, so I burst in to tears told them I was pregnant and they turned up 5 mins later with the first class food. And not just one serving, think I got one of everything. So embarrassing!
