Hi ladies,

Im so ill today (nauseous and just generally shattered).
I feel like I have beem run over by a train and I have a 2 year old to look after and work at the end of the week, how is everyone coping as I have no idea how im going to get through this week never mind this first trimester!?

I know what you mean Hun! This last week has been the worst for me, I've felt soooo sick and literally haven't had the energy to do anything! Everything has felt such an effort even talking :wall2: I have how ever felt a little more human today, still of my food and feeling sick but it's been more in waves today not constant which is nice.
You shouldn't be feeling this bad for much longer as a lot woman say things start easing at around 9 weeks. :hugs::hugs:

Sorry to hear you have been feeling so unwell, I totally feel for you. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. Have been sick every night from 5 weeks...it's easing a bit since 11 weeks. It's just awful. This is my third baby and didn't have any sickness with my other two.

Hugs x

I really feel for you selina. I've had bad sickness since 5 weeks. I tried to go back to work but 12.5hr night shifts just made me feel a million times worse so I've been signed off since. I don't leave the house unless I absolutely have to. I'm nauseous 24//7 and vomit all throughout the day, with it being much worse at night. I don't really have any advice as I'm probably not coping, it's so hard when you have another child plus daily house chores to keep on top of. I'm just holding onto the hope it passes around the 12 week mark! Xx

Aww thanl you everyone, Im feeling a tad better today but it has been a film day whilst i lay on the sofa for my poor little boy! Lol
I suspect I may have a kidney infection so will get that checked out later. Xx

Hi guys im new to this site and this is my first post. I am 5 weeks but beginning to suspect could be more like 9!! I am soooo tired its unreal, have never experienced tiredness like this and I do 12 hour shifts!

My first child ia 8 and 9 years later im going through this all again...35 next month too so wondering if its an age thing...

Glad i have found this site its great to read all the threads looking forward to the next journey in my lifw xx

Hi Simone, welcome to PF!

My first is 9 in September and this is number 2. I'm almost 9 weeks! This pregnancy has been so much harder. I've had terrible sickness since 5 weeks and crippled with exhaustion. I also do 12.5hr shifts but I've to be off sick because of the hyperemisis! I also think doing it again 9 years older has been hard, as well as already having a child to look after!

Would be nice if you were further on and closer to getting out the first trimester! Are you going to have an early scan or anything to find out? Xx

I'm on baby number 3 my other two are nearly 4 and nearly 2. It was very hard in the beginning, but we are women and somehow we manage to get the strength from somewhere to carry on. I'm 16 weeks now and feel ok apart from being tired. I hope the morning sickness goes soon for you xx
