7 weeks and clothes feeling tight

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and already my clothes are feeling tight. I've not really changed my diet much and, although I've not exercised as regularly, I'm surprised that I'm already feeling like this. How much weight do you gain during the first trimester (I know it's not supposed to be much) ?

It's funny really, over the last year or so I took up running and lost like three stone, I've been in really good shape for me, and very happy, and now I'm worried people will notice weight gain at work very quickly before I'm ready to tell.

Is it actual weight gain this early? Is that normal?

A lot of it is likely bloating rather than baby or weight gain. Try some floaty tops and stuff like that to disguise it (I'm in your position too with work!) X

The bloating will go down in a few weeks Hun and then you will start getting a little baby bump. I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby and I am massive already but my body has done this twice before so it's really stretched lol I agree with the floaty tops
