my last period was on 12 march, i got a trigger shot on 22 march since i have pcos. tested positive 3 days late of period. hcg level was 117 which the doctor said normal for 4 weeks. she prescribed duphaston as well. the only symptom i had was cramps which i was told is normal in early pregnancy no bleeding . today i had an appointment I'm supposed to be 6 weeks now, transvaginal ultrasound showed no sac whatsoever in the uterus, neither in the tubes so its not ectopic. i did blood test and hcg level dropped to 107!. so in 10 days instead of rising it dropped by 10 units. she asked me to stop the duphaston and see if i bleed since it might be a miscarriage. she also asked me to get back to her on thursday to check again and do and hug test since maybe the ovulation has happened late she said to wait and see what happens.
