6 weeks pregnant and heartburn

Oh gosh,

any of you ladies in the first trimester with the worst heartburn EVER?

I have tender boobs and heartburn with a tiny bit of morning sickness.

What about you ladies? How are you feeling?

Me! I've had heart burn since 5 weeks. I'm now 14 weeks. It's awful! I had it in my first pregnancy but really bad from 24 weeks ish. It was my first symptom this time, before nausea! The burn is worse at night when I lie down but it's on and off all day no matter what I eat. I take Rennies X

Oh great! It seems like it's going nowhere then.

Have you eliminated any foods from your diet which have helped?

Im thinking of carrying Gaviscon around with me.. everywhere lol

It must just be 'one of those things' I think. I didn't get it until much later last time. I've eliminated pastry but I'm still having brown bread. Not giving that up! It's random too so I can't know for sure what makes it worse, and it's so often. Hope it eases for you. X
