5 days after possible conception

Hey all
Ok so i am 5 days after conception
My nipples have changed , dull period like pain , feel sick pretty much all day , tired and sorry for tmi but have a thick discharge when going to loo ? Took a test this morning and was negative , i am due on in 9 days , Has anyone else had all these signs then a negative ? I have 2 other children and didnt have all these symptoms then a negative test with them .. Is it all in my head ? 😩 Or shall i wait a little longer to test ?

I’m sorry to sound so negative but you’re going to have to wait and test again in a few days, far too early to get a bfp
I remember the TWW being awful and magnifying every little change and twinge
I hope it is the start of your pregnancy symptoms though
