Has anyone used this? I ahve a thumping headache but do not want to take paracetamol.

Parecetamol is safe to take while pregnant hun, if pain gets bad x

I just really want to be 'drug free' for the 12 weeks, that way I know I have not done anything wrong should anything happen.

Is 4head safe to use in the 1st trimester?
