4D scan ...

Hey gorgeous ones!

We're having a 4D scan this Saturday, I'll be 30 weeks. I've seen people say about drinking / eating certain things to help you get the best view of your baby possible so he / she is active. Does anyone have any advice?

Never had a 3d or 4d one but pictures are amazing that ive seen, it's all very clever- enjoy x

When we went last time with Amelia and she was in a funny position, they recommended drinking coke and having a walk around. We're going on Saturday too for our scan!

I'd recommend a full fat coke and a chocolate bar or some sweets an hour or so before your appointment x
