40 week 1 day pregnant with diarrhoea?

does this mean labour is coming today? tomorrow? i also tonight felt like the top of my belly had been winded and had period pains but not regular, and in the last fiew week i have lost plug, nesting instinct can any one please tell me how long i will be waiting xxx

Sorry hun, I know that's not the answer you want but it's really the only answer. Sounds like things are starting to happen. Hard I know but try and rest as much as you can - it won't be long xxx
