3rd immunisations, not well

Isaac had his 3rd immunisations yesterday and he's been up and down all night with a blocked, stuffy nose, which means he can't breathe properly and he's been hot but his temp is 37.3, and he's also coughing. This morning he's much better for being up, but just wondered if I should take him to Doc's? I don't feel I should, as he's having Nurofen and still alert and happy enough with his toys, but just wanted to ask here, as I trust you Mummies

Hiya redshoes, i had all this with stephen, he didnt react well either.

Just keep givin issac neurofen as it is fantastic and calpol (liquid paracetomol).works a treat and grin and bear it till it passes, thats all you can do im afriad.
I know its not nice seeing him poorly but theres nothing you can do for him.

He's been quite well through the day thankfully
Though when he wakes he cries and he's so fed up
The Nurofen seems to be working though, I feel he's improving
