38+ MW appointment

I had my MW appointment this morning and she said baby is 2/5 engaged. Can anyone explain what this means? Is the baby's head more in the pelvis? Last few weeks its been 3/5. Also I explained the pains I have been getting she doesn't think its SPD she thinks its strong braxton hicks...ahhh why do they confuse you lol...hospital saying one thing and MW saying another! All I know is im in pain...baby all good tho.x

2/5 engaged means you have another 3/5 to go until fully engaged, so LO is not quite as far down as last time you went, but not to worry i was only 3/5 the day before my dd with last baby and i went into labour on the nite!! so doesnt mean to much just that they are heading in the right direction lol xxx
