With me the checks at the end were pretty much the same apart from they check to see if the babies head is engaging at all and ask if you have had any signs of labour yet, eg vaginal discharges.
They just do the usual checks etc. I would mention your discharge just to settle your mind. IF you havnt already she may start discussing your birthing plan - if you want a water birth or anything i would tell. Just so its written on your notes.
