Got an extra scan and appointment tomorrow because of something called Factor V Leiden that makes my blood more prone to clotting. It was only picked up at my 12 week blood tests because they ran extra screening as my mum's had DVT - I've not suffered any symptoms myself (touch wood!). So I have to have this scan to check that there are no clots in the cord/placenta hindering the baby's growth.
Really really excited about seeing baby again - hope the scan is as clear as my last one, it was amazing. But I'm also a bit worried in case they say something's wrong, especially after my MW said on Friday that she thinks the baby is quite 'dainty' and 'compact'.
