2nd trimester spotting...so anxious

Anyone else in the same boat?

I have been spotting every day/every couple of days since I was 13 weeks and am now 15 weeks along. I had one red bleed and after that a scan showed baby is ok. Mostly it is brown/light pink when I wipe, occasionally some goes onto a liner. It is a tiny amount but it terrifies me every time. Midwife has said not to worry unless it gets heavy, red and with cramps but its almost impossible not to worry. I feel like this is ruining my pregnancy, I am just worried the whole time 😢

I'm not surprised you feel worried but thats reassuring that baby is fine. In my experience of miscarriages there has been heavy period like cramps. I have often read about women who do have bleeds through their pregnancy and all is fine. It sounds like yours is a very small amount though maybe even just an aggravated cervix?
