I hit 28 weeks +2, and i stood up... blood was gushing down my legs. Got rushed by ambulance to local hospital who checked babys heartbeat and he was fine.

They transferred me to another unit 2 hours away because i started having contractions.. who then transferred me another hour and 20 away because they didn't accept babies born under 32 weeks.

I went from tightly closed to 1cm dilated in an hour, lots of bloody show and lost my musus plug. Still bleeding bright red throughout all of this. I was beside myself.

They though i had a low lying placenta, i got scanned, aparantly i don't. Baby is weighing 2lbs 7oz roughly. He's engaged and really low down. Waters still intact.

3 days in hospital produced nothing.. contractions aren't regular, i've had steriods for babys lungs etc. My bleeding has turned brown and i occasionally get bloody show. Now i'm at home.

And scared... that this baby doesn't want to hang in there. Contractions are practically non-excistant (sp?) at this point, which i'm so glad for..

i need everyones prayers tbh, he's still so tiny :(

They are putting a care plan in place so i get seen more regularly.. but everythings slowed down so im just crossing my fingers x

 ing your LO stays in a bit longer for you.

I'd have thought they'd have had you on bed rest? i think this seems to be the procedure in America maybe its different here. Just relax, try not to do much. listen to your body, if you feel tired - sleep. if you want to sit down - do it. you cant be pushing yourself to do anything, let others help you they can cook your dinner or do the dishes. just concentrate on your body and your LO.

Thinking of you, but its amazing what doctors can do these days. Everything will be fine

awww hun fingers crossed bubs stays in a few weeks yet sending you lots of hugs

oh hun, I really hope everything is ok :(

good luck, my prayers are with you and your little one!

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and take it easy please rest.

thinking of you and hoping baby hangs in there as long as they can!

You must have been terrified - Glad things have slowed down - now take it easy and keep your feet up.

as the others have said dont worry about doing anything, all that matters is you and your LO. they wait a bit longer before they make their appearance
