Sorry Vicki, just noticed you were in Scotland!

My OH is a Scot and talking about big babies his Brother's wife had one at 10lb 8oz!!!

So basically I'm pooing myself that ours will be THAT big!!! I too want one that I can simply cough and labour will be over!!!!

Well i've got a week off in September so i'll probably be going then jaidy, still seems ages away now though!

I was all excited, had been looking forward to yesterday soooo much finding out the sex then i just felt so deflated, i know i shouldn't have gotten my hopes up but i couldn't help myself!!

I'm really happy that baby is going good and strong, scan picture is excellent, i'll need to get it uploaded and let you all see! Can't believe how much LO has grown though!

Shaz, i hope for your sake you have one that falls out, just like mine will!

I know Vicki, it must be such a let down....really got my heart set on it to as everyone prob knows by now lol, but I know I musnt!! Pretty much everyone who has been for scans lately cant find out the sex, naughty, naughty babies. Just helps to get you so much more prepared tho I suppose, at least you can have a 4D tho Vicki!! If we cant find out we wont be able to have a 4D because the nearest one to us is like 4hrs away

Yeah i know they have been very, very naughty recently all these babies!

The nearest one to me is about an hour and a half or so away, but i'm not caring how far i just soooo want to know!!

So sorry about that hun,glad all is well with baby ,you are very right though they are being very naughty babies at the mo . Looks like we are gonna have some very exciting new arrival announcements in a few months though . I am still very tempted to get another scan done myself as i was also upset that i didn't find out ,but budge always says that the suprise on the day will be great and i am starting to believe her xx

If I cant find out sex of my baby on the 23rd im just gonna leave it, I cant have a 4D cos im just too far away and I think its prob just meant to be. Budge would be chuffed, you never know I might still be a good girl and listen to her and not ask!!! Hmmmmmm.....its a long shot but maybe!

I just like having everything organised and all ready and if i don't know what i'm having then itls kinda hard to do and will drive me nuts for the nest 19 weeks!

Yeah I know, there are a lot of 'unisex' clothes out there that look more boyish or more girly!! Hard to know what to choose unless its dead plain

I have just bought a few white bodysuits and vests and a snow suit,my plan is when i get back from hospital i am gonna go on the next directory online and order loads and it will be delivered next day ,no probs xx

shame i'm already upto my limit!!! No chance of getting it paid off before LO is here either!!

I mean i;ve got babygros, vests and stuff thats just plain, but i just want soe proper clothes if you know what i mean!

No probs hun,i can't wait to have a big bag of goodies delivered ,your baby is bound to let you know the sex though,they cant all be awkward surely xx

I dunno, it seems they have all been doing it on the forum lately!!

Really expecting it to be a girl now considering thats what EVERYONE thinks it is lol. Only 2 people think otherwise!

Glad everything went well at your scan Vicki, sorry it didn't go to plan in finding out the sex, the midwife was well out of order there, you didn't ask her for her opinion. We found out the sex of our LO after having an amnio (we are having a girl ) and I have found it really comforting, have bought LOADS of pink clothes, we know how we are going to decorate and have even thought of names. I know some people prefer surprises and good on you if you can wait, but it wasn't an option with me, I always used to look for my Christmas pressies in my Mums wardrobe when I was younger, just so impatient!!

God i'm just the same that's why i'm so desperate to know, as i don't want to go and get things without knowing the sex, i want to plan around my baby knowing exactly whats what you know!
