20 Week Scan today - Eeep!

Today was our 20 week scan, and for some reason i worked myself up thinking there would be something wrong! It didn't help that I've not really felt any movement apart from some weird sensations every little bit which could just be my stomach...

Turns out our little girl is all good - very active and I just have an anterior placenta. The Sonographer was lovely, and said he wished he had medical students in to see our scan - she was lively and kept turning and moving. So nice

Kidneys, heart and spine all looked good so I am hugely relieved! (probably until the next scan is due haha!)

Congrats! That's great news. Mine has always been very active so hopefully will be the same for my scan on Friday!

Aww congratulations! I was the same, I got myself in such a state I was convinced something had happened because I hadn't felt anything..still haven't! (I have an anterior placenta too) but everything was great, it's such a relief isn't! My little boy wasn't as wriggly though and wanted to stay curled up, I have to go back tomorrow for a re-scan! xx
