2 years TTC blood test result- not ovulating :(

Hi everyone hope you don't mind me posting, I'm new here.
I have been ttc for over 2 years and went to the drs for the 1st time in Dec 2016. I have had 2 lots of 21 day bloods and they have shown I'm not ovulating. I have regular periods so it's very confusing. I am waiting to book a drs app and I think we're going to get referred to the fertility clinic. Can anyone give me ideas on what to expect at first fert app.
P.s. OH SA came back normal so the problem lies with me. I am overweight by around 2.5st but actively losing.
Any info would be great and most appreciated.

Our first app they did an ultrasound to check out ovaries etc. went from there to have a dye test to check if her fallapion tubes were clear and be prescribed clomid good luck!

They'll give you standard blood tests, your partner a Semen Analysis and possibly send you for an ultrasound.

depending on your trust they may ask you to lose weight first, or provide clomid after the blood tests. They'll probably want atlas two 21day blood tests doing because everyone can have a 1 off cycle where they don't ovulate.

Exactly the same as me, ttc 2yrs and just found out I don't ovulate. I have another 21day blood test tomorrow then Dr ringing me week after next for referral. x

It's so nerve wracking and heart wrenching but at the same time I'm glad that I'm trying to find out what's going on even if it's not the answer is wanted.

My clinic wanted their own blood tests too but they can be done whilst your waiting for the follow up appointments after your initial appointment.

Only just saw this, thanks Laura, I've had results of my second 21day bloods and that also shows no ovulation, god knows how I caught pregnant last September, as my Dr said it must of been a fluke !. I am discussing with Dr on Thurs and will be referred. x

I remember a lady on here a few years ago, not ovulating, I think it was her third or fourth month on clomid that she got her bfp. Good luck xxx
