We took Charlie for his first swim yesterday! 
After the trauma of getting the swim nappy on (can't they make them so they do up like nappies and not pull on like pants??! 
), Charlie donned his wetsuit and took his Floatie and LOVED IT!!!! 
We took him in the shallow baby pool and his feet just touched the floor when he was sat in his Floatie. When he kicked, it looked like he was walking about!! 
I managed to get a little video of him floating with Daddy before I was told off for taking the camera in 
, so when I figure out how to do it, I'll pop the vid on here. He hated it when I took him out though, and screamed for the whole time I was dressing him!!
Then, we came home, and while I was preparing Sunday Roast, Charlie sat with Daddy on the sofa. And he did his first really loud throaty chuckle!!! It was so loud that I heard it in the kitchen!!
He's been making little giggle noises for a few weeks, but this was his first proper laugh! 
He's growing up sooooo fast!
