2 Day late, small blood clot whikst urinating.

So I have been TTC for about 2 years.
I had sex over the three days i was fertile and ovulating, and i am now 2 days late. I havent had cramping at all, but this morning i have mild twinges and when i urinated i passed a small fibrous brown clot. Is this a tell tale sign that im not pregnant? As i took tests too early and nowhere near a shop until tomorrow morning.

Any opinion is greatly appreciated.

Sorry not sure what this is but didn't want to read and run. Fx for a test tomorrow though if af is late! Have you been to docs yet re ttc?
