14-16 weeks 1st scan

Hi everyone, midwife came round today and took some blood ect. She told me i will not be having my 1st scan until i'm 14-16 weeks. With my 1st i had one at 12 weeks, anyone else had to wait ages?

hi there, when i had my first baby i never got my scan till i was 19 weeks, it was so long to wait, it was because the hospital was apparently so busy. i am now 7 weeks, they havent told me when i can have my scan yet but hope its sooner than 19 weeks, x
