Did your LO deal with their 12wk injections like they did their 8wks ones? Just hoping they're not worse than last time, he was fine last time, hoping he will be with these, but him being older, I'm a bit anxious he'll get more upset :(

Evie was much better with her 12 week injection than her 8 week one.
it took her about a week to recover from her 8 weeks one becasue the Dr made a right mess of it  . At the 12 week one 2 HV's put one needle in each leg at the same time. She cried for about 2 minutes and then she was fine, a little sleepy for a day or two but generally fine. :D

Jake was fine after all of his. He cried when they gave him the injections but not for long and I was more upset than he was. I think I gave him Calpol after one lot of injections because he was a bit irritable but that was it.

Austin was grumpy for a couple of days after his first injections, but was fine after the others. /he had a bit of a shout when the needles went in but cheered up before we left the nurse's room and even smiled at the receptionist on the way out after his 3 month jabs!

Thankyou for the replies, that's really reassuring, it's such an emotional experience when they have jabs, thought I'd be stronger but it pulls at those heart strings doesn't it

Ryan has his 12 week ones today, Im preparing myself for another night of crying. Hopefully he'll cope better with these ones though

Dylan was grimpy for a couple af days after his 3 months but at least i knew why.

it was hard because he had 3 injections ...The nurse told me the ones when they are 4 are the worst as they really know then whats going on

 to take with you

Hope Ryan's went well and he was fine afterwards Kirsty
Thanks cloud  I am a little worried about the injections as he gets older, but one set at a time I think
