11DPO, AF due on Thurs

This is my 1st post here. We are TTC #2 (we have a beautiful daughter)Have been trying for over a year after sadly having an ectopic last year
I am 11dpo and due on Thurs, did a test this afternoon but it was (I'm hoping it was just too early). I haven't had any symptoms to speak of apart from some cramps, shooting pains in breast, mood swings and tiredness but these are not unusual for me when is due.

Is anyone else waiting to test this week and have you had any symptoms???

yes I will be testing , I am 8dpo right now and I tested today (stud me) and got a negative, I think I should wait till 10dpo but I don't think I can wait. I heard some women got their bfp at 9dpo. how many days po are you? hoe thisis your month.

Hello. Just wanted to chime in here if that's ok. I'm currently at 19DPO and I'm still getting ! Not sure if this is common or not especially since everyone on here has said they get their BFP long before now. :/

HelenJ I will be 12dpo tomorrow but going to try and wait until at least Thursday because it's soooooo hard dealing with a . I'm not feeling to hopeful at the moment because I havent really had any unusual symptoms. Have you had any symptoms? I've heard some woman get a at 9dpo (sooo lucky) I hope you are one of the lucky ones I'll keep my fingers crossed for you x x

HopefulKelly It is common for some women not to get a until later and some do say that HPT's are their most accurate a week or so after is due. Are you sure of your ovulation date? Also late implantation can also be a cause and some womens Hcg levels just take longer to rise than othere. Have you thought about asking your doctor for a blood test? Good luck to you, I hope this is your month, let us know what happens x x

wow grace14 that is so great that you can wait that long.I don't have the strength for that hehe,I got a bfn today so I am waiting a few more days I guess. I had a bfp line last time at 9dpo so I was feeling a bit down and getting anxcid if the idea of not being pregnant right now.I guess I will just bae to wait and see. the waiting just drives me mad

Hiya. I'm due the witch on friday...I reckon she is coming this month too to be honest. Feel very premenstrual. All my 'symptoms' are witch symptoms too. Tired, sore and heavy boobs and just feel generally uncomfortable. I am not testing unless af doesnt arrive by sunday but I reckon friday afternoon she will be here. 28 days on the dot. I was hopeful for this month as had ewcm and cramping the day after at CD 14 and CD 15 and we bd both those days. I suppose time will tell! Fingers crossed for you!

Hi Grace and welcome to the forum

I was due AF on a Thursday aswell and also had all the symptoms that your getting so I was convinced I was going to come on. Even had a small amount of spotting on the Tuesday night so was sure that was it. I tested on the Saturday and got my BFP I'll keep my fingers crossed that this is the case for you too.

Also, before AF is due, they say to test with your first urine of the day as that is when it is most concentrated. Perhaps you could try that for next time.

The witch is due Sunday (29th) for me. I am 7dpo and driving myself crazy overthinking it all. I really don't have any symptoms and I usually don't get any until a day or two before AF so it's not looking likely this month. But the hope....the hope is still there.



Going to try to hold out before testing. I'll probably cave on 29th though.

Aww sorry to hear about your BFN TODAY Its still early days yet though so dont lose hope just yet!!
Lol I'm just putting off the dissappointment for as long as possible I think. I had to force myself not to buy anymore HPT's cause I knew if I did I would not have the willpower to wait. As it is I only have one, would really like to wait until Sun to test if AF doesn't arrive but I know I wont have the willpower not to test on Thur morning.

I am in the exactly same position as you!! Again today, nothing but the usual premenstrual symptoms so I'm not holding out much hope for this month. It's sooooooo very frustrating!!!!! Will still test on Thurs morning though lol (Praying for a miracle lol) Good luck to you too I have read that some people dont think they are pregnant because they have all their usual premenstrual symptoms and it's only when AF doesn't arrive that they realise they are pregnant (Hopefully that's what will happen to us) I didn't have any symptoms with my daughter until after I found out I was pregnant so you never know x x

I will try it with 1st morning urine on Thurs and if AF doesnt arrive by the weekend I will try and hold out until Sun to try again. Hopefully I will be as lucky as you x x

Well . . . . . . definitely getting the usual premenstrual cramps now so I think it's just a matter of waiting until Thurs for to appear (YET AGAIN!!!!)
