11 weeks change in feelings?

I have had 3 scans and they have been great - no problems although The sonographer said that my placenta was a bit low, but only said to try to say why I might have had some minor spotting. Apparently nothing to worry about - it should move in time.
I am 11+4 today and feeling more sick and tired than ever! It seems to be that literally as soon as got to 11 weeks, I felt worse and appetite low. Trying to eat anyway, but makes me feel like I am about to pop!
Also, have a feeling between my legs in lady parts (sorry) that feels a bit like a bubble. No blood etc. Just that feeling...
Anybody had this same thing?!

Hey, sorry haven't had the same feeling but if you've had 3 good scans I would try to relax a bit (easier said than done I know). Hoping the sickness/tiredness passes soon for you x
