how should i be fiving Braydon his food he deals fine with finger foods etc should i just be cutting things up and giving it to him or should i still be slightly mashing it ??

Hiya Sarah

Ky is just a little bit younger than Braydon and I give him food pretty much the same as I have it (Minus the salt!) I just cut things in to bits he can hold easily. He has four teeth now and eats all vegetables, white meat and mince without any problems. How many teeth does Braydon have?
The only problem I have with his eating is that he won't let me (or any one else) put anything in his mouth - He has to do it. If you manage to get anything in his mouth, he takes it out and puts it back in HIMSELF! - You'd think I was trying to poison him!

B is starting to do that its great aint it
so i dont need to mash things nemore
B has 9 teeth

ewa will eat most things but i do have to mash some things just so its a lump mash,
He hates rice on its own, or if its too dry he will only eat it with a sauce, or mixed with mash spud or something. i need to get a plate that stick to the high chair, otherwise he just chucks th whole lot on the floor

Nooooo Sarah it's sooooooo frustrating because he is so stubborn and wants to feed himself or not at all - It's 1000 times more messy because even Ready Break he has to eat by himself and he does it with his hands - You can imagine the mess! (Apparently I was the same, so my Mom says

).

Braydon has 9 teeth? - Wow, Ky only has 4, with one more just starting to poke through.

Braydon no longer wants to eat with a spoon thanks for that rach if i try he jusst wont eat
so wot do u suggest i do as i dont want him no to eat

Sarah I have this problem too - The only way I can get round it is to give Ky a spoon in each hand, then when he opens his mouth to put one of his spoons in, I get my spoon in quick!
- Its a long process and meal times take ages, so I'll be interested to see if you get some more tips that I can use too!

I give Lydia sausages and bacon (not together lol), but not too often. Bacon can be quite salty sometimes, so I would say don't give too much. I think smoked bacon is the most salty aswell - we only buy unsmoked.
I would say definitely no gammon though - that stuff is too salty even for me!

I give noah finger food if its chicken or something that he can chew easilty, but if its pork or something where the meat i quite tough I blitz it with the hand processer. Things like shepards pie or fish pie I just give to him as is.

ye bayleys doin that 2 sarah  lmao atm ive got readybrek all over the tray on his highchair and on the floor and in bayleys hair n on his face... luverly
