My symptoms have always been slight and off and on. Went for a scan at 8.5 and all great. Then I had a week of pretty consistent nausea and sore boobs, bloating etc. I hit 10 weeks on Wed and nausea lifted. Had it a little more on Thu but nothing since. Boobs a little sore at night once I've been lying down but not much. Apart from a few weird dreams (a constant symptom) I don't feel very pregnant.
Anyone else's symptoms wearing off? Or do you remember it in previous pregnancies? Starting to worry again!
Just to give some context, we've been trying for 6 years had 6 ivf embryo transfers and a previous miscarriage

I'm sorry I can't offer any experience but I didn't want to read and run. Given your history I can imagine how worrying this is for you. I'm sure someone with more experience will be along soon. I hope everything goes well for you.

From what I see on here - symptoms come and go... and I know it's easy to overthink everything. I had an early scan last week - and would give ANYTHING for a symptom or two to reappear... but I know I will regret asking that lol... when I have my head stuck down the loo next week... heehee...

They seem to come n go, every lady and every pregnancy seems to be different - so that's what I am focusing on.

My symptoms have been up and down too. I believe that a change in symptoms in week 10 could be something to do with the placenta? I’m not sure but I know something happens with the placenta at this point like it takes over? Could mean less symptoms?

Writergem I honestly believe now having had my daughter and carrying my little girl now that every pregnancy is different. I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks before I had dd and my symptoms didn't really fade despite losing the baby a few weeks earlier than my bleeding started.

With dd my morning sickness only really started at 10 weeks and was gone by 12. From then on I had a fairyly easy pregnancy with no nausea and sickness. My only real symptom was my insane hormones by 2nd tri.

With this one my morning sickness didn't start to fade until after 18 weeks and the whole thing was awful! I was convinced this baby was a boy because my pregnancy had been the complete opposite my daughters. Boobs stopped being sore with this one about 7 weeks too and never really came back.

Honestly try not to stress about a mc because of lack of symptoms. It's natural to stress and overanalyse every little thing but without pain, bleeding or both, I don't think think you really have any real concerns. And symptoms can definitely come and go. You may lose your nausea now or have it hit you like a train next week xx

Thanks everyone. I did start feeling ill again yesterday, like hot and fluey (which I keep getting alot) so I think I just had a few days of calm. It's so hard not to stress though isnt it xx

Id just like to add for future ladies who may panic, that last night I heaved at my salmon and nearly threw up and had to have weetabix znd felt rotten all night. So yeah I think I finally believe now that symptoms fluctuate x
