i agree with mamichuli. my 3 year old girl faffs around every meal time. might take an hour to eat small bowl of cereal etc. she just doesn't seem into food at all. she seems to prefer eating little and often, picking at stuff all through the day. she's a skinny wee thing and i'd love her to eat...
thanks again guys for help and support. it's def not wind and prob not teeth. she's not hungry enough to want solids (and i want to wait anyway). I think she must just be th on off cry-type baby. she bites and chews my nipples like you wouldn't believe
will persevere but if she...
I just used the basic tomy classic. It was pretty cheap compared to some of them and it just does what it says on the tin. I don't think you need to spend a lot of money for a monitor for a healthy baby.
Thanks everyone. She does dribble and chew a lot for a 3 month old but has been doing so since about 4 weeks and I can't see any teeth about to come through. BF support girl just blames combination feeding.
Hopefully it's just a phase of fussiness and she'll grow out of it. She's a really...
Hi everyone.
My 3 month old is breast and bottle fed and usually fed well and regularly before last week. Now she screams wildly when I put a breast or bottle in her mouth and is not eating as much through the day. She is also now waking in the night when she always slept right through...
Hi. I just got my maya ringsling for my 3 month old. been trying the kangaroo position but was worried about circulation in her legs. Does anyone know anything about this?
hi
my 2nd baby is now 11 weeks but i still have a slightly brown discharge. i'm not taking any pills and baby gets a few bottles a day as well as breast.
anyone else have this and how long did it last?
thanks
What an interesting thread! Thanks for all the info. I'm due in 4 days with second baby. My first was overdue and I was induced (very unpleasant). I'd do anything to go into labour on my own. But I think I'm a little scared of castor oil now and won't take it. I'm bouncing on a ball and my...
Thanks for reassurance in first reply. I pretty much pushed like hell as medication wore off before 2nd stage. Managed to push out baby, poo and most of my own rectum apparently  Massive tears and had to walk like John Wayne for a month. Feels good down there now though.
Hi everyone.
I'm 30 weeks with my second baby and was thinking about the birth.
I know all the advice when pushing is to go slow, pant etc. to allow vagina to stretch around baby's head and stuff so you don't tear. But what if it is better to tear/have a cut in the long run than...
I felt let down by my midwives at the birth of my little girl. Not as bad as you guys but I did suffer from PND and developed a mistrust and dislike of HVs. I just wanted to send anyone who has had a bad time some love and words of support. As someone else said, life is precious. Don't let bad...
She already eats weetabix for breakfast. She actually holds her poo in for days until it just explodes out of her all hard and dry. We're trying bribery at the moment, but it's not really working.
Anyone tried syrup of figs in 2 year olds?
HI.
My daughter is 2 and a half and has been fully potty trained since before she was two. I breastfed her for 10 months and she now eats a good range of fruit, veg and brown bread etc. and drinks water, milk and pure fruit juice. Despite this she is quite constipated and it is obviously...
