Any1 else find huggies newborn nappies a bit of a let down?

We've had exactly the same issue with Huggies, hubby had to make an emergency dash to Tesco, they were so bad! Really gappy on the legs, everything just ran straight out, yuk! We've tried a few brands, Pampers etc, but we've found the Tesco's own to be the best fit, quite chuffed about that...

    Sleeping bag users

Try eBay- my cousin suggested it to me and I've got a few from there, inc Gro-Bag ones, for no more than £6 in fab condition :)

    Antenatal classes

Wow you get 5 sessions with the NHS?? We only get one in my area, just a single 2 hour session: decided I wasn't going to get enough info or support from one session so we're also signed up to the NCT classes following recommendations from friends, although it was quite a lot of money to fork...

My last week in tri 1

This is my last week in tri1 too, not got my first scan for another week though, I'll be 13 and a half weeks by then, I feel like I've been waiting for it ages and it still doesn't feel real, I just can't wait to see our little bean and make sure everything's ok, I feel like I can't get excited...

    feeling sick at work!

I get the same thing but at about 11am- my secret weapon is ginger nut biscuits! Apparently ginger alleviates nausea (my sister found it in a book) so I tried the biscuits as i couldn't think of anything else gingery and it's incredible, the first nibble and most of the sick feeling is gone! I...

    Nausea!!

I've been feeling really nauseous too but ginger nuts have saved me! I know it sounds weird but my sister found some info about ginger being good for when you feel sick and suggested ginger nuts to me so now I have some in my drawer at work and in the cupboard at home and I nibble on one if I...

Lack of maternity shops? University Projects Views needed.

It's rubbish for us tall people too! I wear a 36 inch inside leg and the only pair of long enough work trousers I've found so far are £69 online, not sure what I'm going to do, I can't believe no one has exploited this market yet!

Just been to the docs to have it all confirmed :0)

I've been wondering the same thing; my hubbie wants to come with so that he's there for everything and feels involved but i don't think it'll be that exciting: sound like medical history and that's about it!

Anyone else due in May 2012?

Hi May buddies!! I'm due approx 27th May but not had my booking app yet (28th Oct) and still waiting for a scan date yet so I guess the date is open to change! It's my first too, not many symptoms yet other than being utterly knackered constantly, it's bizarre, work has been a real...

TRI 1 Joys - what to expect!

I'm glad it's not just me with the greasy hair! I hadn't read about it anywhere else and wasn't sure what was happening! :) Greasy hair Panic (constantly!) Tender nipples Ridiculously tired Worried Curious Desperate to tell everyone but scared to in case it jinxes things!

New to this! in my 6th week..

Hi, I'm also in my 6th week and also my first pregnancy :) No sickness for me either but not so much moody as weepy: even ridiculous things are making me cry at the mo, I hope that settles down soon or people are bound to guess what's up with me! We haven't told anyone else yet but I'm...
