I take folic acid one x 4mg a day. I use Fertility Friend app which okay i suppose. Its something that i can see my temps on and opks etc... Still waitin for my first positive!!

I have noticed there is a Natural Fertility Clinic in a nearby town. They do like massages and stuff to help with conceiving and PCOS (along with a number of other things), do you think it would be worth going to have a little chat?? Maybe try a few sessions if at a reasonable price??
