I love rant threads. People are so inconsiderate and think its ok to comment on your size. Well, its not.

I wouldnt go up to them and say - look at your, your arse is huge! Maybe I should?

arrghhh hate ppl touching bump, a work mate done it yesterday she asked but she kinda started doing it as she was asking loool and its not as if i'm gonna say no!

I think it depends alot on what ur wearing too. I had on a baggy top the other day and was told I looked small and today I was wearing a really tight maternity top and people were saying wow you look really big have you grown since the other day looool.

I've had the same! I was buying a few bits in mothercare, some clothes, and some nappies as well because they were on offer. Then the woman behind the till said "awww, getting all ready are you? how long have you got left?" and I said until october, and she looked at me in shock and said "but you're so massive!!!!"

THANKS!!! Staff in mothercare should be trained not to do that!

The same thing happened in french connection when i was buying a babygro, the two women behind the till said I must be having twins this week, i said nope, just the one, in two and a half months! And they said they'd both had kids so they got excited at other people, and I just thought to myself "how can you make me feel so huge, you must know what this is like!"

i feel your frustration... my head of HR at work told me i looked like the front of a ship... i was only about 4 months at the time! I couldnt wait to leave work because right from the beginning i had comments about how i should get a prop to hold me up and that soon i wouldnt be able to reach the photocopier because my bump would be longer than my arms.
