Hi,
I've just been back to yoga after a couple of weeks off and let my teacher know I was pregnant- she told me the advice is that you shouldn't practice yoga until 16weeks but as long as I hold off some of the poses and take it easy I should be fine.
Have any of you been doing yoga still or have done it in first trimester in previous pregnancies?? I don't want to do anything that might cause me to miscarry but it's one of the only ways I can truly switch off and it's an exercise I really enjoy.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated- google's just confusuing me.
