Went to my midwife appointment today....
wow alot to take in but it was great, chose what hospital im going to have the baby at...and in my area the things they offer are great loads of pamper evenings, aqua arobics for mums, you get a tour of the hospital and loads more....its exciting

had to give a 3 tube blood sample...wasent as bad as i thought...my blood pressure weight etc... all spot on
got alot of reading to do and she gave me a cute diary to fill in with stickers and stuff awww haha

so all round a good day, Scan Booked for september...So looking forward to that!!

Hi,

I had my booking in appointment yesterdat as well and I cried!! She was talking to me about skin to skin contact when the baby is born and it made me cry!!!

What date in September is your scan? Mine is 10th September, I will be 12 and a half weeks by then

mines the 4th...she thinks im more far gone that i do...but she said its fine...they will measure the baby and tell me the exact date...as my dats are abit messy

I got my appointment through this morning..2nd Sept...cant wait,it'll make things feel like they real!!!

My first scan isnt till the 23rd september and i will be 14 weeks i am really mad that they cannot fit me in before takes the mick
