Well I've been praying for Riley to sleep a wee bit longer, and he finally did last night!! 
He slept from about 11pm, fed at 1.30am, then slept through till 7am!!!(he did wake up at 5ish but settled himself down) I really hope this is the start of him sleeping longer cos I NEED SLEEP!
We haven't been trying any routines,just leaving him to get into his own wee routine....I hope it's working!!!!
