Whats your favourite smell?

Are they really as good as people say? I've always dodged them ...how with my spending habit sis beyond me but I have now I really want one.

What's a Yankee candle? I burn candles in the house, normally vanilla. I love the smell of vanilla!!

Oooooh that's really nice I'd imagine the spice and cinnamon ones would be nice There's very little places round here that do them It would be nice to get a sniff before buying x

Yankee Candles are fab - they burn for hours and hours and there are trillion of sents. Strong, sweet, spicy,mild - you name it, you can buy it.
The accessories are great as well.
You can also buy wall plug ins, car ones, radiator packets, the lot!
I highly recommend them.

OMG! i love them. i dont use the candles tho i have the tarts. i like vanilla cup cake, creme brulee and baby podwer. o and fresh linen

I ordered a couple of tarts for my burner to try as I have one from partylite but I'm not overly yipee with their candles tbh and a radiator one to try too (in hope OH doesn't see my potential new addiction here lol).

I like white musk are their any smells recommended like this? I hate flowery yak!

I love them Ive always had them Im not keen on the spicy ones but at the moment I have dotted round my house;

Egyptian cotton
Honeydew melon
Island Guava
Sparking snow
Cherry blossom
willow breeze
ocean blossom
fresh linen
midnght jasmine
vanilla cupcake (my favourite)


I also have tartlets that are wax tarts you bur in oil burners;
candied apple
sage and citrus
tangerine (yummy!)


Im a bit obsessed with them :S

I got the big one when Odhrán was born, talcum powder.. The candle smells exactly like it, haven't had the heart to light it though it's too white and pretty lol I do buy the smaller ones to use though, my recent one was tutti frutti and I loved it! Love the cinnamon one for Christmas time, I bought my mum one last year.. I haven't found a candle like it yet would defo recommend xx

baby powder is lush! I have lavender and vanilla in my kitchen and a red one in my lounge (can't remember the sent). I love them, they are really worth the money. I have a yankee electric burner aswell for the tarts- much better than lighting tea lights. House of Fraser sell a big selection. They have great christmas ones out this year and not all of them are spicy (not really a fan) i have my eye on christmas eve! Xxx
