well when my sisters daughter was only 6 days old my sister and her bf were having problems so Bernie (my oh) and my brother went to my sisters house to get him to come make up with her ( my sister and the rest of us were all at my dads) and when they got their Mike invited them in then they said you should come talk to her so you can be a family then he flipped and grabbed a big kitchen knife trying tp stab bernie , so my brother being scared took off and grabbed the baseball batt from our van and kept telling mike to drop the knife over and over.
so anyways making the story short my brother hit him a few times in the knee and elbow to try and make him drop it , bernie and my brother ended up getting away with only bernie having injuries.
we knew the cops would call so we waited at my dads and sure enough they came and had arrested my brother and bernie in front of the kids ! with kiara saying dada dada
.
They were being charged my brother with assault with a deadly weapon and bernie with assault .
Now what pisses me off about this is mike didnt get arrested and the other two were only protecting themselves.
This was on july 15th , yesterday they went to the police station to get finger printed and found out they didnt need to be anymore vecause the charges were dropped! I am so happy i was so worried for them and if bernie had a charge we wouldnt of been able to come to england this coming spring !
