Woulds like some advice or reassuring words pleaseeee

Hi girls im already a mum to 1 who is 5 years old and as you can see via my ticker im 16 weeks + with 2nd baby iv got a bit of a belly but my belly isint hard its still soft and like how could i put it like bounchy lol i was a small frame of just over 8 stone before i got pregnant now whats worrying me is i cant remember for the life of me 5 years ago when my belly went hard with my son i know baby is still quite small at this stage then to top it off today as well someone down the school told me i was quite small .........i know i shouldnt compare.....admittingly i AM one of these people that non stop worry i just think the worst of everything...I have midwife tomorrow and im guessing that she will measure me as they did at this stage in london when i had my son that much i can remember but to be truthfull with you i have quite a scatty midwife i will of course air my concerns to her tho
My last scan was on the 22nd of dec and baby was fine and growth was fine as well i dont have another scan now untill im 21 weeks thats another 5 weeks of waiting

I shouldnt worry i find it changes all the time, mines hard when i first wake up and low down but as soon as I start eating and walking about it's then bouncy, then come an evening it starts getting hard again and fills out over my ribs - I'm putting it down to being normal.

So in a nutshell, don't worry

hey there, yeah dont be worrying, im kinda same weight as u are and i'm 15weeks and u wouldn't even know i'm pregnant, OH keeps looking and rubbing saying where is the bump, so i just say it'l come out when its ready and its early yet, everyone is different, so i'm not panicking at all about it - no doubt i'll be the size of 2 in no time.... i thought i as beginning to show on sunday but then i had a pee and it disappeared
Good job im not showing yet cause i haven't told anyone yet, want to wait till i get my 1st scan over me and have something in concrete to show people, so still waiting for an appointment.

Hey, Im preggers with my first so have nothing to compare it to but I am just over 14 weeks and have absolutely nothing Nothing at all, still flat as a pancake, I dont know where its hiding??

Hey there! I think every bump is different! If you've been scanned recently and baby is developing properly then I wouldn't worry too much! My friend is a tiny size 6-8 and she only really started showing towards the end of her 3rd trimester and by the time she went in to be induced her bump was HUGE! She's had a lovely healthy baby boy. Some women get a big bump early on and some have to wait a little longer

I've been excatly the same as you. I'm 20 weeks 5 days and my bump is just starting to get hard and I've barely felt any movements so I'm panicing all the time!! I'm sure your baby will be fine and that it all depends on the baby and person how soon your tummy will go hard and into a bump.

Just think of the many women who never knew they were pregnant, get a tummy ache and give birth! You hear these stories alot where they didnt even put weight on or feel anything, and then out pops a 7lb perfectly healthy baby! so it just shows there is no standard for pregnancy.

Plus on a side note, when my cat was pregnant some days she looked positivly fat then the next day i would be convinced she wasnt pregnant at all, it was just they were moving to different places and she was forever changing shape.

i went to see the midwife today and she measured me and all is fine she actually calls me worrier
But all is good got to hear bubs heartbeat

so just waiting now for 21 weeks scan
