Ok the results so far are:

The information for 43 children were calculated (including 3 unborn children whose sex had been predicted by ultrasound).

This chinese prediction chart was used (its a generic one found on most websites): http://www.obfocus.com/calculators/gender.htm

It predicted:
18 correct
25 incorrect

So the conclusion (so far) is that the chinese predictor chart are only about

42% accurate

therefore are slightly more likely to tell you an inaccurate reading and you'd be better flipping a coin to tell you the gender .

Also for those that were talking about the >24 and 25+ being more likely to have one sex the results were:
If you are any age up to 24 then:
13 had boys
13 had girls
so the chance is 50% for both genders

however
if you and 25 and over then:
13 had boys
4 had girls
so the chance of having a boy is 76% and a girl 24%


Obviously these results arnt totally accurate though as the sample is still quite small, so if more people sub,it results then we can get more accurate figures.

Don't know how true any pregnancy/conception info is, but I read this week that baby boys are weaker than girls, and so you're more likely to have a boy if you're due in the summer months. Though my best friend has 2 boys born in Jan and Feb, so that disproves that theory straight away

i was 16yrs old at conception, month conceived was march, she is a girl and she is 4 lol.

Pregnancy!!

i was 21yrs old at conception, months conceived was december, it apparently is a girl (95% sure lol) and i am 21 weeks gone.

i have heard this but nothing to do with months of year tho hun i heard that male sperm is faster than girls but doesnt last as long and female spem is slow but lasts a quite a few hours longer so if you BD on day of ovulation you are more likely get a boy!! but if you BD 2 days before you are more liely get a girl as all male sperm would have died. this theory also leads to the BD'ing positions being a factor for example "doggy" would enable more male sperm to get there faster where as "missionary" would give female a chance if males died off. but no clear evidence if it works tho. xxxx
