on which colour of pram to get. We have decided on the M&P's Sola. We are having a little boy and are torn between 2 different colours. The carrycot only comes in black, so this is what that looks like:

And the two colours we're torn between are the pushchair bit and the car seat (the car seat also attaches to the chassis and so can be used as a pram too). Its either in Denim:

Or Black

Husband prefers the black (he thinks it looks more expensive, somehow!) and i like both but think the Denim pushchair might be nice for when baby's using it in the summer.

Thought i would ask you ladies as we really can't decide!!

I like the denim after all it's for the baby, babies don't need their things to look expensive they like colors

I'd go for the black but then again it's different in denim... Everyone has black now.. So it would depend if u wanna stand out or not

I do like the denim aswell but I'm thinking maybe it might smell more when it rains etc? Its gorgeous in black though, I like the 9 in 1 Mimi but they look slightly girlie cos of the flower but pretty expensive too, though my parents are buying but didnt wanna push it too much lol xxx

I love the Mimi!!! But i read reviews that it was quite bulky and heavy and i need it to be compact and light so the sola seemed the best option! Plus my Father in law is buying it for us so, like you, i didn't want to push it!! xxx

Oh and that's a good point about when it rains! Although i don't know if it's made outa real denim anyway or the same material as the black but just in a denim colour..think i will check on the website and see what material it's in! xxx

oh yes, we were going to get Sola, but we were going for the purple version (with trees inside)! Out of these two I would choose denim.

we actually changed our mind and got Ultima in the end.

just a little tip for you - the carrycot in Ultima is more suitable for babies to sleep for long periods, as it's ventilated, the bottom is more flat and the mattress is thicker. I know it's more expensive though, and the chassis are more difficult to fold. Just thought I should let you know...
